Welcome to the MAR Apart Hotel website. By browsing it or sending us a request, you accept these terms and conditions, so we recommend that you read them carefully.

1. About us

This site belongs to GTR del Perú S.A.C. (tax ID/RUC 20614981858), with its registered address at Psj. Ramón Castilla Mz. N Lote 2, Casma, Áncash, which operates MAR Apart Hotel in Casma, Áncash, Peru. You can reach us by writing to [email protected] or by calling +51 903 157 762.

2. Use of the site

The site is for information purposes and lets you send us booking, event and corporate rate requests, as well as questions, suggestions and complaints. You agree to use it in good faith, to provide truthful information and not to do anything that affects how it works or its security.

3. Booking requests

  • Sending the booking form is a request: it is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed when the hotel expressly confirms it to you by WhatsApp, email or phone.
  • Availability, the final rate and the payment, guarantee, change and cancellation conditions are those the hotel communicates to you when confirming your booking.
  • The rates shown on the site are for reference only and are expressed in Peruvian soles (S/): we show the amount before IGV (Peru's sales tax), the IGV separately and the final price. They are subject to availability and may vary depending on the date and the season.
  • Check-in and check-out times and the other conditions of your stay are those the hotel gives you when confirming your booking.

4. Mar Adventures and activities

  • Mar Adventures activities are subject to availability, to weather and sea conditions, and to the safety measures decided by the staff in charge. For your safety, they may be rescheduled, changed or suspended.
  • To take part, you must follow the staff's instructions and use the safety equipment provided. Some activities may have age, health or other requirements, which you will be told about beforehand.
  • Activities marked “Coming soon” are not yet available.
  • The conditions of each activity (schedule, duration and what is included) are those the hotel communicates to you when confirming.

5. Offers and promotions

Published offers and promotions are valid for the period indicated, are subject to availability and are governed by the conditions the hotel communicates to you when confirming. Offers without an end date may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

6. Events and corporate rates

Event and corporate rate requests are requests for a quote. The proposal, its conditions and the booking of the spaces are subject to the hotel's confirmation.

7. Site content

Photos, texts and descriptions are for reference: they aim to show our spaces and services, and some details of furniture, decoration or equipment may vary. The MAR Apart Hotel brand, its logo and the content of this site may not be used without permission.

This site includes links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media. Their use is governed by each service's own terms and privacy policies.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

10. Complaints Book

In accordance with Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571), our online Complaints Book is available to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last updated date; bookings already confirmed are governed by the conditions the hotel gave you when confirming them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
